We require a refundable €30 deposit in case of damage at the beginning of your stay.
In case of staying for 5 or more nights, you will be given a 10% discount.
Weekend - 2 nights (Friday/Saturday or public holidays or other busy days, based on the owner’s decision).
Week - 5 nights (Sunday/Thursday).
Accommodation tax: 1,00 €/person/night
If you cancel the booking 30 days in advance, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% and 10 days prior to the beginning of your stay - 100%.
